Teachers Complete Surveys Online
Add Teachers and their email addresses
AS21 can be configured to distribute survey information directly to teachers via email. To ensure teachers receive their emails complete the following steps:
- In your left-hand navigation menu, click 'Settings' then 'Program Settings'
- Click 'Manage Teachers'
- Click 'Add New Teacher' to create a new teacher record OR
- Click the edit button next to an existing teacher record
- Enter the teacher's information including their email address
Add teachers to participant records
- In your left-hand navigation menu, click 'Registration' then 'Registration List'
- Locate the record of a student
- Click the edit button next to the student's name
- Select the teacher in the Elementary Homeroom Teacher field
- Click Save
Teachers associated with students will receive an automated email on a scheduled basis if any of their assigned students still need a teacher survey response. The teacher will click the link embedded in the email to access the Teacher Portal.
Once in the Teacher Portal teachers will have access to all students whose surveys have not been completed. The teacher will click the name of each student to complete the survey response related to that child.
