How to turn off pop-up blockers

Pop-ups are used throughout AS21 to save information. If these pop-ups are blocked, the information you enter may not save correctly. Make sure to enable pop-up blockers before you start using the system.

For Chrome:

  1. Find the three vertical dots at the upper-right corner click Settings.
  2. From the menu on the left click Privacy and Security.
  3. Click the Site Settings section.
  4. Scroll down and click Pop-ups and redirects.
  5. Click on Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects if you'd like to allow pop-ups on any site.
  6. Or, if you prefer to limit pop-ups to just the AS21 site, under Customized Behaviors, click on Add next to Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects. Enter the URL for your site and click Add.

For Edge:

  1. Click on the three horizontal dots at the top left of the menu and then click Settings.
  2. Click the Cookies and site permissions in the lefthand column.
  3. Scroll down to the Pop-ups and redirects and click on the > arrow.
  4. If you would like to allow pop-ups on any site, click the toggle next to Block so that it is white.
  5. If you prefer to limit pop-ups to your AS21 site, click on Add in the Allow section. Enter the URL and click Add.

For Firefox:

  1. Click on the three horizontal bars in the upper-right corner and click on Settings.
  2. Click the Privacy & Security tab on the left of the screen.
  3. Scroll down to the Permissions section.
  4. Uncheck the box for Block Pop-Up Windows, if you would like to all pop-ups on all sites.
  5. If you prefer to limit pop-ups to your AS21 site, click on Exceptions... to the right.
  6. Enter the site URL and click on Allow.
  7. Click Save Changes.
